While serving in Industrial sector these professionals realised that the major Impediment in Industrial growth of India is non availability of requisite skilled labour. Unlike Defence forces, there is no proper system in place to train and up skill the raw Industrial work force .This skills gap forced them to take an initiative in this direction and established a vocational training institute and named it “International Skills”. Prime objective for establishing the institute was to “Train the unskilled and up skill the semi-skilled & skilled tradesmen to create a win – win environment for all partners i.e. workers, Trainers, and the Industry as whole.

The team consists of highly experienced professionals to lead it to the pinnacle of success by providing relevant and Quality Training as per industry requirement and national occupational standards (NOS). It is in process of operating pan India in various disciplines

Managing Director

A technocrat who retired as Brigadier from Indian Army with forty long years of experience in the field of engineering, maintenance, skill development and man management. He is post graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. In army he was responsible for the operational preparedness of a fighting Corps of the Central army. He was also responsible for strategic planning and implementation of the communication network of the repair & maintenance organization of the Indian army. On completion of his glorious service in Army he served as director in corporate world for five years. At present he is the Managing Director our company.

Rommel Rajain

Director, Apparel Operations

A MBA from MDI, Gurgaon with twenty two years of experience in Indian Army and six years hands on experience in apparel fabrication. He has been an Asst Professor in Army School of Mechanical Transport, Bangalore. He has glorious service in Counter Insurgency Areas in J&K where in his immense contribution to the social cause is commendable. He was instrumental in establishing Vocational training Centre & Computer Training Centers for the deprived people in the remote areas. For six years he is Managing Director of an Apparel Fabrication unit and is director Apparel Division of International skills Pvt. Ltd.

Mrs Sangeeta

Head Operations(Apparel Division)

A well read, dynamic and very well qualified person in apparel domain. She is a textile designer with a great vision & acumen for offbeat designing and superb fabric sense. With her innate humanely approach she is able to surmount any barriers and stretch work efficiency beyond imagination. She is in the field of apparels since 1986 and is at the helm of Apparel Division of International Skills since 2008
